Nathaniel Parker Willis in this book appreciates some of the beautiful gifts of natures through poetic gratification and exposition. He describes some of the beautiful places including the Sing-sing prison and Tappan zee and the narrows amongst other beautiful spots adorned by forest, rocks, and streams. An awesome book for lovers of nature ad natural elements of the world.
